Alumni Board Form - Introduction
Thank you for your interest in serving on the Board of Directors for the Georgia State University Alumni Association (GSUAA).

The GSUAA is looking for individuals whose personal attributes, networks, professional skills and expertise will enhance the Board's ability to develop high-level organizational policies and strategic goals. Dedication to GSU is demonstrated by productive participation in the GSUAA and/or other campus activities.

All prospective members must submit and application and resume. Candidates have the option of submitting one or more letters of support. All prospective directors will be notified as to the final status of their nomination within one week after the BOD meeting most immediately following application submittal.

A member of the Board is appointed to host this volunteer position based on demonstrated involvement, support and commitment to Georgia State University and to the GSUAA. In accepting an appointment to the Board, an individual agrees to fulfill the requirements and meet the responsibilities associated with board membership.
